This is what we call Escape Mode, this moment when the body moves, when the head empties and everything returns to its rightful place.

We want to trade the gym with the forest. The yoga mat with the beach. And motivational playlists with birdsong. Because basically, you don't need a speaker or a screen to sweat - just a little bit of sun, a salty wind and a good mood.
Escape Mode is another idea of well-being: with instinct and freedom. No timer, no pressure. Just the desire to feel good, here and now.
