three days between forest and ocean

What if you took the time?
In Seignosse, between maritime pines and Atlantic waves, BonjourSauvage invites you to experience a slow stay, far from the noise and the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Three days to breathe, walk, enjoy and sleep at the rhythm of nature, in the heart of a preserved environment. Here is an itinerary designed as a gentle break, between the Landes forest, the ocean, local encounters and nights in our signature shelters.
Day 1
As soon as you arrive in Seignosse, the forest envelops you. The BonjourSauvage estate fits naturally into this emblematic landscape of the Landes: pine trees as far as the eye can see, the sand under your feet, and this very particular light filtered by the needles.
Settle into your refuge, designed as a cocoon open to nature. Wood, raw materials, simple lines: everything here invites calm. Take the time to put your things down, to open the windows, to listen.
For your first walk, go on foot or by bike on the forest trails around the ponds. These peaceful paths connect Seignosse to neighboring towns and offer an immediate immersion in local biodiversity.
At the end of the day, head for the ocean! The beaches of Seignosse — Les Estagnots, Le Penon or Les Bourdaines — are among the wildest and most spectacular on the Landes coast. Faced with the sunset, time seems to stand still.
Day 2

Between ocean, culture
and the Landes way of life
In the morning, let yourself be woken up by the sounds of the forest. A hot coffee, a few steps outside, and already that rare feeling: having nothing to do but enjoy.
After a simple and gourmet breakfast, head to the beaches for a long walk along the water. Whether you are a fan of surfing, swimming or simply contemplating, the ocean is omnipresent and generous here.
The afternoon can be dedicated to the cultural discovery of the region.
Only a few kilometers away, Hossegor and Capbreton offer a good balance between lifestyle and heritage: the Capbreton bunker, a witness to local history, the galleries and temporary exhibitions of Hossegor, or even a visit to theMarquèze Ecomuseum, to dive into Landes traditions.
At the end of the day, stroll through a local market or meet the producers in the region : cheeses, honey, seasonal vegetables, freshly caught fish. Simple, local, sincere cuisine — just like the Bonjour Sauvage spirit.

Day 3

Ponds, villages and suspended last moments
For this last day, explore the more secret landscapes around Seignosse. Les ponds, true havens of peace, are perfect for a morning stroll or a meditative break. The light is soft, almost unreal.
Then take the road to the surrounding Landes villages. Depending on the season, you may come across a Village festival, a banda, a craft market or an impromptu tasting.
Before departure, give yourself a last moment at the estate. A book, a nap in the shade of the pine trees, a look at the canopy. It is often these simple moments that last the longest.
