We're leaving slowly, with no speed goals. Just the desire to move forward, to feel the air on your face and to follow the road where it leads.
Very quickly, the main roads disappear.
Instead: quieter paths, small roads in the middle of the forest or at the edge of the water, sometimes a passage that only the locals know. We pedal, we observe, we stop sometimes. And as is often the case with a bike, you catch yourself going further than expected... without ever really realizing it.
Freewheeling means exploring the surroundings at the right speed: the speed that allows time to see.
