your anchor point in the Basque Country

A privileged location in the heart of a vibrant territory

Arriving in the Basque Country means immediately feeling that something is changing. The light becomes brighter, the air more iodized, the reliefs more present. Between ocean and hills, the coast offers a unique atmosphere, a mixture of raw energy and softness, a place where you can breathe differently. Only a few minutes away from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, in this landscape marked by the ocean, the estate welcomes you on a promontory open to the horizon. A place where you can understand from the very first moment that nature leads the way.

At the gates of Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Saint-Jean-de-Luz is never far away.

The city, with its port, ancient streets and Basque colors, is only five kilometers away. One breath, a short stroll by car or bike, and you reach its beaches, its markets, its bright life.

This proximity makes the estate an ideal place to shine: close enough to enjoy it every day, far enough away to preserve the tranquility of the coastline.

Easy access from main transport

For those who travel light or prefer to forget about the car, arriving is easy. Biarritz airport is eight kilometers away. Saint-Jean-de-Luz train station is five kilometers from the estate.

In a few minutes, travelers reach coastal paths, beaches, and open ocean vistas. The essential thing is there: smooth access, without detours, to let yourself be fully carried away by the experience.

From the A63: enter the Basque Country through the right door

Arriving by road already tells a part of the journey.

Leaving the A63 at exit number 3 Saint-Jean-de-Luz Nord, you switch to another rhythm. Simply turn right, then right again at the first traffic light. The road then goes to Bayonne for just under two kilometers. The landscapes are beginning to change, the pine trees are getting closer, the white and red houses dot the horizon. At the top of a slight climb, a roundabout marks a transition. Turning left, you enter the Acotz district, a place where the coast is wilder and where the ocean can be seen behind the dunes.

The Acotz promontory: a balcony overlooking the ocean

In the heights of Acotz, the domain suddenly appears. First address on the left, identifiable by its large half-moon sign, it overlooks the ocean with discreet elegance. The air is fresher, the light is brighter, the sound of the waves is more present.

You immediately feel the call of the open sea, the desire to walk, to breathe, to anchor. It is a place where the landscape becomes a companion to stay, where each look at the sea tells a different nuance.

sauvage, mais bien élevé
