The Dax Feasts: a great start!
You have been waiting for it for months. The tickets, the red and white outfits, the carefully designed program... This year, you are finally experiencing the Dax Festival with friends. And to enjoy without excess, you have chosen to stay at bonjourSauvage Seignosse, a peaceful hideaway a few minutes from the ocean and less than 30 minutes from the heart of the festivities.
When you arrive, the air of the pines welcomes you. Your accommodation, a bright, comfortable suite, designed like a cocoon which immediately becomes your peaceful base between two intense days.
When evening comes, direction Dax. On the program: concerts, bandas and DJ sets... The atmosphere envelops you from the first minutes. A vibrant, collective, rare energy. At 2 am, you hit the road again, happy to find the softness of the domain for a calm and deserved night.

The next morning is definitely slower. Plush bedding doesn't help resist the temptation to stay under the sheets.
After a tasty breakfast served as a buffet and enjoyed on the sunny terrace of the Wild Club, you let the day slide by quietly: a moment in the sun, a walk along the pine trees, a few laughs exchanged.
Then the preparation starts again: Dax awaits you for a new colorful evening with a traditional Landes show: jumpers, stilt walkers, audacity, and applause...
Last moments, last lights on Dax
The final day is coming too fast. The BonjourSauvage team invites you to enjoy the estate for a few more hours: a shower, a quiet moment, a break before heading back to the city.
A last stop at the restaurant, a stroll at Jardin botanique du Sarrat. The evening can then start with the closing ceremony of the Dax Festivals. At 23:00 p.m., fireworks illuminate the banks of the Adour.
You look, silent, a little moved, a bit tired too. The bandas are taking over, as a final festive signature. The sentence falls naturally:
“Next year, Bayonne? ” And everyone agrees.
There are stays that become appointments. This is one of them. A rare, mesmerizing experience that you will not forget. Midnight passes. You decide to extend the evening with the concerts in the park and on the esplanade. Hundreds of people, live music, simple and contagious joy
Between traditions, delicacies and suspended moments
The following day, after the essential step of breakfast made in BonjourSauvage, the energy rises again. A few lengths in The pool, to get back in shape, and a regenerating sunbath, and it's time to head to the Wild Club grocery store for a few errands required to prepare a Land-accented lunch. The meal is generous, convivial, maybe a bit too good... a nap is a must.
In the afternoon, you spotted several sports activities in the area. Your group finally opts for a softer sports session, then a friendly moment over a drink... always on the large terrace of the Wid Club — no tournament, no forced entertainment: just a pleasant atmosphere, discussions, meetings, a shared moment.
The next day, after this break BonjourSauvagienne, back to Dax: Basque pelota at the Patio d'Eyrose, bandas, folk parades, traditional competitions... The local culture is revealed at every street corner, with warmth and generosity.
In the evening, the atmosphere rises even higher: two rock concerts follow one another on the esplanade. A vibrant, unifying moment, a real break from celebration.
