The Energy Shower brings together a set of gentle practices designed to refocus: guided meditation, conscious breathing, sophrology exercises. Nothing spectacular, but simple actions that change a lot.
You start by slowing your breath. Then the body relaxes. Tensions leave the shoulders, thoughts calm down, attention slowly returns inward. Sometimes a few minutes are enough to put things back in their place: the body, the mind, the present moment.
In the spirit of BonjourSauvage, this Energy Shower is like an invisible break in the day. A discreet reset, to leave lighter.
