MICE & EVENTS

Full venue buyout

the whole venue for your event

A venue all to yourself, a single team to orchestrate everything.

Some events call for more than a meeting room: an entire venue, closed to the public, where your teams and guests are the only ones there. Annual seminar, convention, product launch, company anniversary or end-of-year party: a full buyout hands you the keys to BonjourSauvage, from the accommodation to the meeting spaces, from the restaurant to the gardens.

In Seignosse in the Landes as well as near Saint-Jean-de-Luz in the Basque Country, we host 65 to 200 people for a full buyout, depending on the format of your event. Each site can be booked exclusively depending on the time of year, among forest, gardens and ocean.

An event like this can’t be summed up in a standard quote. It is built with you, step by step, with a dedicated contact who follows your project from the first idea to the last departure.

Let’s talk about your project

One single contact

From the very first conversation, one person from our team becomes your dedicated contact. They gather your goals, build the proposal, organise the visit and keep the timeline on track right up to the big day.

Accommodation, meeting rooms, catering, activities, technical set-up, external suppliers: everything goes through them. You only have one number to call, and every decision made together is followed through on the ground.

On the day of the event, they are on site with our teams. You simply enjoy your guests.

Your questions about a full buyout

The whole site is reserved for you: accommodation, meeting rooms, restaurant and outdoor spaces. No other guests are hosted during your event.

For a full buyout, we can host 65 to 200 people at our sites in Seignosse, in the Landes, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, in the Basque Country, depending on the format of your event.

As early as possible: buyout dates depend on the time of year. For spring and autumn, we recommend contacting us several months in advance.

A dedicated contact supports you from start to finish: first conversation, tailor-made proposal, site visit, preparation, presence on site on the day and a debrief after the event.

Every buyout is unique: the budget depends on the dates, number of participants, length, meals and activities. Our team builds a tailor-made quote with you.
