The mini villa
42 m² designed to share without stepping on each other, in the heart of the Landes atmosphere of Seignosse. Two real bedrooms, two comfortable bathrooms, a kitchen just like home and a living room that opens widely onto the terrace, between the shade of the pine trees and light from the South-West.
The Mini Villa is the family or friends format that keeps the vacation spirit: everyone has their own space, the sand still on their feet, and everyone together anyway.
The suite
40 m² of raw comfort and well-balanced poetry, located in the heart of the Landes forest of Seignosse. A large bioclimatic terrace to live outside from morning to night, a real sitting area, a beautiful cozy bedroom and this very particular atmosphere born from the mixture between pine trees, sand and iodized air.

The ÖÖD mirror
21 m² almost invisible, perfectly integrated into the landscape of Seignosse. Its mirrored facade captures the Landes forest, the Atlantic sky, the variations in light throughout the day... until the architecture disappears.
Inside, a chic and minimal cocoon, it is nature that becomes living decor. A sensory experience, between the nearby ocean and pine trees as far as the eye can see, with that little wow effect that turns every moment into a memory.
The Lodge
