For a long time, hotel catering has sought to reassure — uniform menus, dishes designed to please everyone, more attentive to balance than to emotion.
We wanted something else. A table that breathes, that surprises, while remaining accessible.
This aspiration was called the Pulp Kitchen. For a cuisine that breaks away from standards and becomes a shared and vibrant experience.

A vibrant cuisine that adapts to the moment
Here, there is no fixed map: nature decides.
The menus change according to the harvests, the chef's desires and the encounters of the day. Our tables are set up where the place is suitable: under the trees, at the edge of the water, near the fire, always where the moment makes sense.
In the morning, we pick. In the evening, we cook. And between the two, we share. Each meal becomes a moment of connection, between a territory and its product and the guests of one evening.

Eating at BonjourSauvage means rediscovering the simplicity of reality. Local products, genuine recipes, and above all, emotions.
No tricks, no false promises: taste, meaning, pleasure. A cuisine that dares to be local without folklore, creative without fuss and responsible without playing around.
