In the early morning, the air is still fresh, the light hesitates between shade and day, and the body is slowly moving again.
You start by breathing. Really breathe. Then come the stretching, the slow movements and the push-ups that wake up.
No performance here. Just the simple pleasure of loosening the muscles, opening the rib cage, stretching the spine and letting the energy flow.
As the session progresses, the body regains its rhythm, breathing settles in, and the mind clears up.
A few movements, a few breaths... and suddenly the day can start. Morning Flow is that suspended moment when you get back on track, gently, but fully alive.
