→ What is BonjourSauvage?
BonjourSauvage is a French brand dedicated to outdoor hotels. We defend a vision of hospitality that combines hotel comfort with the experience of staying surrounded by nature, without compromising on quality, attention to detail and respect for the place.
→ What is the experience of a stay at BonjourSauvage like?
The experience combines natural freedom, refined hotel comfort and inspired design. A subtle balance between natural immersion and premium hotel standards, without ostentation.
→ Where are the BonjourSauvage establishments located?
To date, there are two BonjourSauvage establishments, located in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, overlooking the beaches of Lafitenia and Mayarco, as well as Seignosse, in the heart of the Landes, near the Étangs.
2. Lodgings
→ What types of accommodations do you offer?
BonjourSauvage is a French brand dedicated to outdoor hotels. We defend a vision of hospitality that combines hotel comfort with the experience of staying surrounded by nature, without compromising on quality, attention to detail and respect for the place.
→ Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, laundry is provided in all of our accommodations.
→ Do the accommodations have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our accommodations have air conditioning.
3. Domestic animals
→ Can I bring my animal?
Absolutely, animals are welcome. A surprise for them is planned upon arrival!
→ What are the rules for animals?
Our friends must be on a leash throughout the park. Waste bags are provided for the cleanliness of the premises. Animals do not have swimming areas (pool or lagoon).
4. Bookings & Conditions
→ Where and how to book?
Book online on our website to get the best prices or directly by phone or by email.
→ When can I book?
Our establishments are open all year round. You can book at any time on the booking engine on our website with availability displayed in real time.
→ What are the cancellation conditions?
For our rates, we offer different cancellation conditions: Non-cancellable - Non-refundable, Standard or Flexible. Find the details of our cancellation conditions in our General Conditions of Sale or directly within the booking engine.
→ Can I change/modify my reservation?
This depends on the rate regime you subscribed to when you booked and the associated cancellation conditions.
5. Arrival & Departure
→ What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrivals (check-in) are from 15:00 - Departures (check-out) at 10:00am.
Possibility to plan a “late checkout” if you want to sleep in.
The request must be made to the reception by phone or by email no later than 48 hours before your arrival date.
→ Can I arrive late at night?
All information concerning late arrival procedures will be sent to you during the email confirming your reservation, you can also provide us with details during the online pre-registration form.
6. Services and comfort
→ Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes! Our establishments have free very high speed Wi-Fi on site.
→ Is there a 24/7 reception or staff on site
Yes, our team ensures a presence on site or permanent telephone support.
→ can I rent bikes
Yes, we partner with a bike rental company on each of our sites.
→ Are there activities on site?
To write: BonjourSauvage offers activities, local experiences (yoga, walks, nature workshops...)
7. Cooking & dining
→ Do the accommodations have a kitchen?
It depends on the types of housing. For accommodation with an equipped kitchen, opt for The Suite, The Studio or The Mini Villa.
→ Can I cook on site?
Yes, in the accommodations mentioned above, it is possible to cook in your accommodation.
→ What is the catering offer?
At BonjourSauvage, we will not leave you feeling hungry. We offer breakfasts based on fresh and local products, designed to start the day off right, gently and simply. Depending on the establishment, the catering offer is then available in different ways: cooking on site, local partnerships or proposals adapted to the rhythm and spirit of the place. What does not change: the attention paid to the quality of products, the pleasure of eating and respect for the seasons.
8. Parking & access
→ Is there parking?
Our nature hotels are entirely pedestrian, however a free parking space is reserved for you near the entrance. Don't worry, there is no more than 200m between the car park and the accommodation. For any additional parking space, an additional charge will be required.
→ Can I come without a car?
Of course, find the details of access to our establishments on their respective web pages.

9. Family vacations
→ Are children welcome?
Of course, there are no age restrictions for enjoying a BonjourSauvage stay experience. Our infrastructures are adapted to the development of our children and, depending on the period, specific activities are dedicated to them.
→ Is there equipment for baby/children?
We can provide you with an umbrella bed and a high chair. You can fill in the required information during the online pre-registration form. Otherwise, please make your request no later than 48 hours before your arrival date.
10. Group stays & events
→ Can I make a reservation for a group?
Yes, you can book for a group directly via the booking engine on our website. For more specific requests, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at +33 2 53 59 26 84, we will build you a tailor-made stay that meets your expectations.
→ Do you organize weddings and events?
Yes, and we are even specialized in organizing private and corporate events!

11. Loyalty points & programs
→ Can I accumulate loyalty points?
A loyalty program is under development and will be available soon. The tool will be retroactive so bookings made before its implementation will be counted. To be informed of the implementation of our loyalty program, you can subscribe to our Newsletter.
